Zakiya Summers and family named 2019 Family of the Year
Mississippi Families for Kids named Zakiya Summers and family the 2019 Family of the Year during the Black Family Summit in June, held at the JSU e-center. The Black Family Summit is an annual conference that features discussions, panels, and lectures on improving the economic security and wellbeing of the black family.
